WHEN YOU MAKE YOUR BOOKING WE TAKE A CREDIT CARD NUMBER, ALTERNATIVELY, YOU CAN DIRECT DEPOSIT TO OUR ACCOUNT.
WE WILL TAKE $30 PER PERSON DEPOSIT FOR DAY TRIPPERS.
$100 DEPOSIT PER PERSON FOR OVERNIGHT and MULTI DAY SAFARIS.
IN THE EVENT OF A CANCELLATION we will issue you with a credit for your deposit less a fee for administering your reservation. Cancellation charges reflect the many expenses Kangaroo Valley Safaris cannot recover if you cancel. These are not meant to be punitive. Fee will be $15.00 pp for day hire or $50 pp for multi day hires. The balance of your deposit will be transferred to use when re-booking.
YOUR CREDIT MUST BE USED WITHIN 3 YEARS OF YOUR ORIGINAL BOOKING,
USED FOR THE ORIGINAL TRIP BOOKED. DEPOSIT IS NOT TRANSFERABLE TO ANOTHER PARTY.
Great kayaking experience
They are explaining every thing patiently. I am so thankful that the lady from Kangaroo Valley Safaris looked after my puppy while we were doing the kayaking. Fed him and walked him.
